Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging online lessons for various musical instruments.
- Develop individualized lesson plans based on students interests and skill levels.
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to enhance students learning experience.
- Utilize digital tools and resources to create an interactive learning environment.
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods as necessary.
- Encourage practice and provide strategies to enhance students skills outside of lessons.
- Communicate effectively with students and their families regarding progress and expectations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a musical instrument instructor or similar role.
- Proficiency in at least one musical instrument, with a strong understanding of music theory.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable using technology for online teaching, including video conferencing tools.
- Ability to connect with diverse age groups and learning styles.
