Responsibilities
- Lead engaging online dance classes for various age groups and skill levels.
- Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to student needs and interests.
- Create and share choreographies that inspire creativity and self-expression.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment during classes.
- Utilize technology effectively to enhance the online learning experience.
- Communicate regularly with students and parents regarding class progress and expectations.
Requirements
- Professional dance experience in one or more dance styles.
- Previous teaching experience, especially in an online format, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to engage and motivate students in a virtual setting.
- Comfortable using video conferencing and teaching platforms.
